Tim and Bill really saved me. I have a 6-year old system that I thought I could keep up. Next thing I knew, it wouldn’t crank up when power went out. They installed a new battery and control board in the middle of choas with a big approaching winter storm. They got it going right. All they did is appreciated.

Our recent ice storm followed close after a heart attack for me. I was worried about my Generac being ready for the possibility of long-duration running in the event of a power outage. Bill came out and, besides completely servicing the generator, showed me how to add oil and to share info with the office in the event of a fault in the system.
